Its main factor is the scientific accuracy, truth, originality and advantages of its leadership method. The WPK's leadership method is the most powerful method as it helps solve all issues arising in the revolution and construction by depending on the popular masses, driving force of the revolution. The strength of the popular masses means the strength of ideology and might of collectivism. Ideology decides everything and inexhaustible is the strength of the awakened collective. The WPK has consistently maintained the principle of shaping its lines and policies by fully reflecting the requirements and will of the popular masses and implementing them by motivating them ideologically. The WPK's leadership method is the most revolutionary one as it gives priority to the military affairs and wins one victory after another with the Korean People's Army as its core and main force. The army precisely means the party, state and people. This is the unique Songun revolutionary principle reflected in the WPK's leadership method. The leadership ability and fighting capability of the revolutionary party are decided by the great ideology and leadership of the leader of the party and the revolution.

Seventh Congress of WPK to Be Convened Pyongyang, October 30 (KCNA) -- The Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea announced the following decision on Oct. 30, Juche 104 (2015): The entire party and army and all the people are now vigorously conducting the general offensive to build a thriving socialist nation in high spirits of victors who glorified the 70th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) as a great auspicious event of prosperous Songun Korea, rallied close around respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, demonstrating to the whole world the dignity and might of the great Paektusan nation. Under the distinguished and tested guidance of the great Comrade Kim Il Sung, founder of the glorious WPK, and the great Comrade Kim Jong Il, its eternal general secretary, the WPK had developed into the great party of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, a revolutionary party of Juche which firmly established the oneness and continuity of ideology and leadership of the great leaders, and had creditably discharged its mission as the organizer and guider of all victories for the Korean people. Far from being a "developed country", south Korea is an out-and-out colony, devoid of any sovereign rights. The United States has long been pursuing a colonial subjugation policy in south Korea. Exercising extra territorial rights, it has been ruling the roost over there. As a result, south Korea is deprived of its identity and independence in all fields of social life. The present puppet regime consists of a group of stooges working to subordinate south Korea to the U.S. control, and the successive puppet rulers have served the U.S. strategy for dominating Korea. In foreign activities, they totally rely on the U.S., faithfully follow the U.S. master's intention; they are real puppets wirepulled by Washington. In all their policies they just model after U.S. pattern. Without the U.S. approval, they can do nothing.

A Musical Wonder Girl On her way home from work several years ago vocal music teacher Pae Hye Nam of the Kumsong School happened to hear a little girl singing a song. Her clear voice, tremorous and correct tune convinced Hye Nam who had reared many children of musical talent that she had an aptitude for vocal music. She felt a desire to take on and train her. So, after she left the kindergarten, Jon Song Yong was admitted to the Kumsong School. Hye Nam took charge of her. Endowed with unusual concentration and absolute pitch, Song Yong could easily grasp the teacher’s intentions and quickly understood what she taught. To her a single word was sufficient. When she was a second-year pupil, she sang solo in a school concert and was believed to have a bright future as a folk singer. She specialized in vocal music while learning the piano. She had already taken piano lessons since she was four and played a piano solo in a children’s music broadcasting concert when she was six. Then, one day Hye Nam happened to hear a piano tune coming from a classroom and was greatly surprised to know it was Song Yong who was playing it. She, a primary school girl, was perfectly playing the piano solo Let Us Study, which had been played by the leaving children in their graduation concert some time before, arranged in her own way. As the days went by, Song Yong showed her talent in musical creation, too, besides singing and playing the piano. She expressed her thoughts and feelings in words and tune. When Hye Nam received the first musical score of her composition evincing a child’s heart, she was reminded of her class teacher showing her a composition written by her in a class. There was a passage in it, which said, “The national leader Kim Jong Un loves the children very much and gives them the best things. How I envied the children of the Kyongsang Kindergarten who sang in the presence of the leader when he visited the kindergarten! How happy I should be if I could sing a song before the leader!”

It happened one day of may in Juche 53 (1964) when President Kim Il Sung's car reached a railway cross in Jagang Province on his field guidance. A passenger train was seen standing nearby. It was known later that the railway watch signaled to the train for a stop as he saw the president's to appear on the highway. Upon learning this, he said in a strong tone that all cars should be subject to the railway rules and no one was allowed to stop a train as he pleased. He did not let his car drive across the railway cross till the train passed it. In the early morning of a May Day of Juche 81 (1992) the president left Pyongyang for Kaesong on field guidance. When he reached a point not far from Kaesong, the president told the chauffeur to stop the car and proposed to have a brief rest and breakfast. Officials who accompanied him were at a loss what to do because he and his entourage were supposed to have a breakfast in the city. Guessing their embarrassment, the president told them not to worry as he had made sure that breakfast boxes were prepared. Then he asked his aide to give a box to each, adding it is good for them to spare time and not to cause any trouble to Kaesong citizens. He continued his journey after taking boiled rice and some seasoned greens. There is another anecdote about his noble personality. It happened on march 13, Juche 47 (1958) when he dropped in at a department store during his field guidance. He paused before a socks counter and asked to buy a pair of cotton socks. A salesgirl hesitated to give him poor quality socks, a product of a local industrial factory. Guessing her awkward position, the president said that was why he wanted to try them on. The president bought the socks, adding why he should not wear the socks while people were using them.
