The hit K-drama draws 2.43 million viewers in one episode
A 547,000-viewer increase compared to last week
With an emotional storyline that captivated 2.43 million viewers, KBS1’s daily drama My Merry Marriage retained its position as the top-rated program. The show’s meticulous plot and heartfelt performances continue to draw viewers into its world.

According to Nielsen Korea on February 6, My Merry Marriage secured the highest ratings for programs aired the previous day. Starring Park Ha-na and Park Sang-nam, the drama saw a significant jump of 547,000 viewers compared to the previous week.
Coming in second was KBS2’s Cinderella Game, which attracted 2.02 million viewers with a stable 11.2% rating. Featuring Na Young-hee, Han Groo, Choi Sang, and Ji Soo-won, the drama continues to perform well.
In third place was MBC Newsdesk, with 1.71 million viewers and a 9.5% rating, reflecting a 3.0% increase from the previous week.

The fourth spot went to KBS1’s Morning Forum, which recorded 1.6 million viewers and an 8.8% rating. Meanwhile, Screening Humanity took fifth place, with 1.42 million viewers and an 8.4% rating, followed by KBS News 9 in sixth place, with 1.35 million viewers and a 7.9% rating.
In seventh place was KBS1’s Hometown Report, followed by MBC’s Desperate Mrs. Seonju at eighth. You Quiz on the Block hosted by MC Yoo Jae-suk on tvN landed in ninth, while SBS’s Kick a Goal rounded out the top 10.

In the latest episode of My Merry Marriage, the storyline focused on an emotional and dramatic encounter between Maeng Gong-hee (Park Ha-na) and Gu Dan-su (Park Sang-nam). Gong-hee was left shaken after nearly being hit by a motorcycle, but Dan-su saved her and was injured in the process. Gong-hee, devastated, called for emergency help.
At the hospital, Dan-su’s mother Audrey (Choi Soo-rin) broke down in tears, apologizing for abandoning him in the past. When Dan-su woke up, tensions flared as he confronted his mother, expressing resentment for her absence when he needed her most.

The episode concluded with Gong-hee’s emotional plea to Dan-su not to leave her side, creating a tense cliffhanger that kept audiences hooked.
My Merry Marriage airs weekdays at 8:30 p.m. on KBS1.
