“눈앞인데...” 코로나 19 때문에 리버풀 우승 무산될 가능성 제기됐다

'코로나 19' 때문에 리버풀이 우승을 못 할 수도 있다는 얘기가 전해졌다.

지난달 28일(현지시각) 영국 매체 '텔레그래프'에 따르면 코로나 19 때문에 영국 정부가 2개월 동안 모든 스포츠 경기를 취소할 수 있다.

해당 조처가 내려지면 프리미어리그가 중단될 수 있다고 전했다.

리버풀 말고 다른 팀들도 '코로나 19' 상황을 지켜보고 있다. 리그가 중단된다면 2부리그로 강등이 될 가능성이 있는 14위 뉴캐슬부터 20위 노리치까지 어떤 결과를 맞이할지 모르기 때문이다.

리버풀은 1992년 프리미어리그 출범 이후 한 번도 리그 우승을 못 했다.
