Song Hye-kyo and Jeon Yeo-been Team Up in the Film 'Dark Nuns.'
Actors Song Hye-kyo and Jeon Yeo-been caught attention with their extraordinary on-screen chemistry.

On the afternoon of the 20th, a press screening for the film 'Dark Nuns' was held at Megabox Coex in Gangnam, Seoul. Director Kwon Hyuk-jae, along with cast members Song Hye-kyo, Jeon Yeo-been, Lee Jin-wook, and Moon Woo-jin, attended the event to share insights about the movie. 'Dark Nuns' follows the story of individuals who embark on a forbidden ritual to save a boy possessed by a powerful evil spirit.
In the film, Song Hye-kyo portrays Sister Yunia, a determined and fearless nun who risks everything to save the boy. Jeon Yeo-been takes on the role of Sister Michaela, a conflicted nun who chooses to assist Yunia despite her internal turmoil.
Reflecting on the filming experience, Song Hye-kyo shared, "I have so many happy memories working with Yeo-been. While the movie itself isn't about happiness, we grew closer as we shared stories about the project, much like our characters in the film who come together despite their differences in beliefs. It was challenging but incredibly rewarding to portray that journey."

She continued, "Even as we acted, I felt like we were personally growing closer, which deepened our curiosity about each other and helped us immerse ourselves in our roles."
Responding to this, Jeon Yeo-been said, "It was such a joy to observe Song Hye-kyo sunbae (senior) on set as a fellow actor. Even in moments when we didn't exchange many words, I learned so much just by watching her. It made me think, 'Wouldn't Michaela feel the same way?'"
The film 'Dark Nuns' is set to premiere on January 24 KST.
