South Korean actress Lee Min-jung is officially stepping into the YouTube world.

On March 25, Lee took to Instagram to announce the surprise launch of her personal YouTube channel, writing, “Tomorrow at 7 p.m., my YouTube will suddenly go live.” She added, “Let’s chat more through YouTube. I’ll be replying to your comments, so leave lots of them. Like-comment-subscribe-alert!” which her close friend, actor Kim Ji-seok, had taught her.
Fellow actor Lee Sang-yeob responded in the comments, saying, “This is going to be fun,” while lyricist Kim Eana added, “Let’s even name your subscribers! You’re going to be overflowing with charm.”

Fans were just as excited. Comments poured in: “Omg, FINALLY! Why did it take this long?”, “There’s no content yet and I’m already excited,” “Subscribed already,” and “Can’t wait to read her replies!”
Lee Min-jung’s YouTube debut comes as she gears up for her long-awaited small-screen return. She’s set to star in the upcoming drama ‘Let’s Get Divorced’ (official English title TBA), marking her first K-drama in five years.
Currently in production, the series centers on a couple who run a wedding dress boutique and are now navigating a very real and messy divorce. The drama is scheduled to air in the first half of 2025 and will also be released on a global OTT platform.
Lee Min-jung married fellow actor Lee Byung-hun in 2013. The couple has one son and one daughter. Known for her witty personality, Lee often leaves cheeky, buzzworthy comments on her husband’s Instagram posts — much to the delight of fans.
