Her meals focused on vegetables, and she completely avoided eating anything after 6 PM.

According to experts, skipping dinner or fasting after 6 PM can be considered a form of intermittent fasting. By extending the fasting window overnight, the body’s insulin levels drop and fat-burning can be promoted. Instead of rigidly avoiding food after a certain hour, it’s more sustainable—and healthier—to manage your overall calorie intake, ensure balanced nutrition, and maintain regular exercise.
