Korean rapper San E has reportedly been sued by one of his own artists on charges of trespassing and concealing personal property.

According to a report by Xports News on May 12, San E—who is both the CEO of FameUs Entertainment and an active musician—has been sued by Reta, a Chinese artist under his label. In March, Reta filed a police complaint against San E and another label official, accusing them of unlawful entry and concealment of property.
Reta claims that while she was in China due to visa issues, San E instructed individuals including a person identified as "Mr. Jeong" to enter her residence in Korea without permission. She alleges they removed or discarded furniture and personal belongings stored inside.
Reta stated that she never shared the passcode to her residence with anyone, and that the entry and disposal of her possessions were done without her consent.
Both San E and the agency official are scheduled to appear for police questioning in June.
San E debuted in 2008 and has released several hit tracks including “Story of Someone I Know” and “A Midsummer Night’s Sweetness.” He also appeared as a producer on seasons 3 and 4 of the Mnet hip-hop survival show Show Me the Money.
This isn't the first legal issue involving the rapper. In July 2023, San E was booked without detention for assault after a street altercation in Seoul’s Gangnam district. Witnesses reported that he was intoxicated and seen pushing the other party multiple times and raising his voice. The case was later dropped with a suspension of indictment.
