BTS is not treating its 13th anniversary as a simple date on the calendar. This year, FESTA feels like a full-circle moment: the group is back together, ARMY is watching closely, and the next BTS era is beginning in real time.

BTS has officially revealed the timetable for 2026 BTS FESTA, opening the countdown to the group’s annual debut anniversary celebration.

The schedule was shared through BTS’ official channels at midnight on June 1, giving fans their first full look at the online content, music releases, and live events prepared for this year’s festival.

Held every year around June 13, BTS FESTA celebrates the group’s 2013 debut and has become one of the most meaningful traditions between BTS and ARMY. But the 2026 edition carries a different emotional weight. It marks the group’s first FESTA season as a complete team again after the military hiatus, turning this year’s anniversary into both a celebration and a reunion.

Why ‘13(B)TS’ Means More Than an Anniversary Number

The title of this year’s FESTA is ‘13(B)TS.’ At first glance, the name points to BTS’ 13th debut anniversary. But the concept also carries a symbolic meaning.

Rather than only looking back on the group’s past 12 years, the number 13 suggests a new step forward. The idea is that BTS and ARMY are adding a new “1” to the journey they have already completed together, opening the next chapter after a long cycle of growth, separation, and return.

Based on the analysis by Wikipicky Media, this framing is important because it positions 2026 FESTA not as nostalgia, but as renewal. BTS is not simply celebrating what it has achieved. The group is setting the emotional tone for what comes next. The timetable design also reflects that history, using official album logos from different eras to create a visual timeline of BTS’ career.

FESTA Starts With BTS’ Signature Family Photo

The first major content release will arrive on June 4, when BTS unveils its annual family photo. For longtime fans, the family photo is one of FESTA’s most symbolic traditions. It captures the group at a specific point in time and often becomes a visual marker of each anniversary era.

On June 5, BTS will release a performance video for ‘Hooligan,’ a track from the group’s fifth studio album ‘ARIRANG.’ The schedule continues on June 7 and June 8 with two video projects: ‘NORMAL LOG’ and ‘13 SIDE FILM.’ While ‘NORMAL LOG’ is expected to highlight more natural daily moments from the members, ‘13 SIDE FILM’ appears to connect directly to the anniversary concept.

‘Run BTS 2.0’ Is One of the Most Anticipated Releases

Among the most talked-about items on the timetable is the return of ‘Run BTS 2.0.’ New episodes are scheduled for June 10 and June 11, giving fans another chance to see the members’ humor, chemistry, and unscripted team energy.

The show has long been one of BTS’ strongest fan-centered contents because it offers something different from music videos, performances, or interviews. It shows BTS as a team with its own rhythm: competitive, chaotic, affectionate, and deeply familiar to ARMY.

That makes its return during FESTA especially meaningful.

BTS Will Release ‘Come Over’ as an Official Digital Track

The 2026 FESTA schedule also includes a new music release.

On June 12, BTS will officially release ‘Come Over,’ a song that had previously been available only through the deluxe vinyl edition of ‘ARIRANG.’ The track was produced by SUGA and is described as a sincere confession about wandering but ultimately finding the way back to “you.”

For many fans, the timing makes the release especially emotional. After years of solo activities, military service, and waiting, a song about returning may feel directly connected to BTS and ARMY’s shared journey.

A limited-edition picture disc vinyl of ‘ARIRANG’ will also be released on the same day.

The highlight of this year’s FESTA will take place offline in Busan. BTS will hold ‘ARIRANG’ world tour concerts at Busan Asiad Main Stadium on June 12 and June 13.

The concerts are significant for several reasons. They mark BTS’ first domestic stadium concerts as a full group after their military discharge era. They also bring the group back to Busan for the first time in about three years and eight months, following their October 2022 concert connected to Busan’s bid for the 2030 World Expo.

Tickets for both Busan shows sold out immediately after reservations opened, showing how high demand remains for BTS’ full-group return in Korea.

BTS Returns Home After a Massive North American Tour

The Busan concerts follow BTS’ successful ‘ARIRANG’ North American tour. The group recently completed 15 shows across five cities, ending with concerts at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The tour drew a total of 840,000 fans, reinforcing BTS’ continued global touring power.

That timing gives FESTA a stronger emotional arc. BTS reconnected with international fans through stadium shows abroad, and now the group is returning to Korea to celebrate its debut anniversary with ARMY at home.

BTS debuted in 2013 and grew into one of the world’s most influential pop groups with songs including ‘Dynamite,’ ‘Butter,’ and ‘Permission to Dance.’

After completing their military hiatus, the group returned in March with its fifth studio album ‘ARIRANG,’ led by tracks such as ‘SWIM,’ ‘Body to Body,’ ‘Hooligan,’ and ‘2.0.’

The group also recently won three trophies at the American Music Awards, including Artist of the Year, further proving that BTS’ global momentum remains strong.

But FESTA is different from awards, charts, or tour records. It is the event most closely tied to BTS and ARMY’s relationship.
