BTS member V has made a direct and honest plea to fans, asking them to respect his privacy and personal space during the group's massive world tour.
On July 1, 2026, the 30-year-old superstar used the fan platform Weverse to share a heartfelt message. He politely asked a small group of invasive followers to stop tracking down his private hotels.

A Polite Request for Boundaries: "It Affects Our Shows"
"I am always so incredibly grateful for the warm and loving way you all welcome us wherever we go. However, if it is at all possible, I would truly appreciate it if you could refrain from coming all the way to our hotel."
He honestly explained how these situations affect his health and his preparation for their intense concert schedule:
"To be completely honest, we don’t wish to share the private details of exactly where we are staying. Furthermore, it directly impacts our physical and mental condition for the performances, which is why I am earnestly making this request."

He closed the message by sharing how much he values small moments of freedom while traveling the world: "While we are out on tour, being able to visit local restaurants, walk down ordinary streets, and comfortably enjoy the culture of each country is an incredibly precious time for us. I kindly ask for your understanding and consideration."
In the Middle of a Huge 88-Show World Tour
BTS is currently traveling the globe for their massive world tour supporting their hit fifth studio album, ARIRANG. The album recently made history by spending 12 weeks in the Top 10 of the US Billboard 200 chart. To match its success, the group has locked in a busy schedule of 88 total stadium shows running all the way through early 2027.

The pop icons are currently in the middle of their European tour leg. After successfully kicking off the shows in Madrid, Spain, the members are traveling through Brussels, Belgium; London, United Kingdom; and Munich, Germany; before wrapping up this part of the tour in Paris, France.
Following V's honest letter, millions of dedicated ARMY members worldwide instantly launched respect campaigns across social media. They are urging everyone to protect the group's safety and mental health so they can successfully and safely finish their historic 88-show journey.
