Actors, Ku Hye-sun and Ahn Jae-hyun, now separated couple's divorce mediation was on July. 15, 2020.

Both parties did not file a mediation report to the court earlier but, justice department authorized submit mediation to the former couple.

If agreement is occurred on mediation stage, the divorce becomes official, If not then they have to go through lawsuits to determine final result.

Their case went smooth. Ku Hye-sun and Ahn Jae-hyun reached in an agreement thus, they are officially divorced now.

Former actor couple, Ku Hye-sun and Ahn Jae-hyun was married on May 2016. However, in 2019, Ahn Jae-hyun filed for divorce and Ku Hye-sun counter charged against him.

[단독] 구혜선과 안재현의 이혼 소송 첫 조정 결과 나왔다

이혼 소송 중인 배우 구혜선(36) 씨와 안재현(33) 씨의 첫 조정기일이 열렸다.

오늘(15일) 오후 서울가정법원 가사12단독 (김수정 부장판사)는 구혜선 씨와 안재현 씨의 첫 조정기일을 진행했다.

앞서 양측 모두 조정 신청서를 따로 제출하지 않았지만, 이혼 소송을 담당하는 재판부가 직권으로 조정 절차에 회부해 이러한 절차를 밟게 됐다.

조정 단계에서 합의가 이뤄지면 소송을 거치지 않고 이혼이 성립된다. 합의가 안 되면, 소송을 통해 이혼 여부가 결정된다.

구혜선 씨와 안재현 씨는 조정단계에서 합의를 이뤄 소송을 거치지 않고 이혼한다.

안재현 씨 관계자는 "마음고생이 심했기 때문에 사건을 빠르게 마무리하고 싶어했다"라며 "조정 단계에서 합의를 이뤘다"라고 말했다.

앞서 지난 2015년 KBS2 드라마 ‘블러드’를 통해 연인 관계로 발전한 안재현 씨와 구혜선 씨는 2016년 5월 결혼했다.

결혼 3년 만인 지난해 9월, 안재현 씨가 구혜선 씨를 상대로 이혼 소송을 내며 파경을 맞았다. 구혜선 또한 변호인을 선임해 지난해 10월 안재현을 상대로 반소를 제기했다.
