On the 29th, The Givers addressed the claims made by ATTRAKT, which mentioned "external forces" and an "outsourced company orchestrating the removal of FIFTY FIFTY members." They stated, "Speculative rumors have been spreading through various media outlets and communities, leading to numerous inquiries seeking clarification or confirmation. We want to clarify that we have not been involved in any way, and the mentioned content is completely unrelated to us."

They further explained, "As of May 31st, we have transferred all planning, production, and operational tasks to ATTRAKT and have concluded our involvement. Currently, we are solely responsible for the global promotion and overseas publicity at the request of ATTRAKT. From the establishment of ATTRAKT until now, we have faithfully fulfilled our duties under the outsourcing contract. Even on the day when ATTRAKT received the contract termination notice from the FIFTY FIFTY members, we cooperated with CEO Jeon Hong-jun and ATTRAKT's legal representative in a meeting, fulfilling our role as a bridge between ATTRAKT and the FIFTY FIFTY members."

They also stated, "We have conducted all tasks, including securing copyrights, through proper procedures. In particular, the song 'Cupid' was a song that we possessed even before FIFTY FIFTY's project, and later it became a song for FIFTY FIFTY's work."

Regarding the allegations mentioned by ATTRAKT in the media, they emphasized that the information provided is completely false. They have maintained a neutral position without expressing any stance between CEO Jeon Hong-jun, ATTRAKT, and the FIFTY FIFTY members. They further mentioned that they have appointed the law firm Hwa Woo and will take strong legal actions against false accusations, ongoing false information dissemination through the media, and other related acts.

Previously, on the 27th, ATTRAKT officially announced, "Today, we have filed a complaint against CEO An Sung-il and three others from The Givers at the Gangnam Police Station." ATTRAKT claimed, "During the process of transferring and acquiring business operations, The Givers, who have been responsible for project management and tasks, caused delays in the transfer, deleted company email accounts and project-related data, engaged in obstruction of business, tampered with electronic records, committed fraud, and embezzlement."

They further stated, "The Givers failed to provide ATTRAKT with any information regarding the purchase of the music 'Cupid' from overseas composers and secretly purchased the copyright through their own company." They added, "In addition to these suspicious circumstances, there may be further complaints filed as more evidence arises."
