The Givers have issued a warning to ATTRAKT
They claim to have legally acquired the copyright for 'CUPID'
The Givers claimed that they acquired the rights to the song 'CUPID' through proper procedures.

On the 5th, The Givers stated, "'Copyright' refers to the rights held by the creators of a work, including songwriters, composers, and arrangers. Regarding this, The Givers entered into a legitimate rights transfer agreement after discussions with the writers, making the necessary payments and obtaining the rights. This process took place before the release of 'CUPID' and was carried out to simplify the approval process and streamline the extensive tasks involved in global promotion, such as lyric and composition revisions, mixing in various versions, and collaborations with other artists. The rights acquired during the company's business process are clearly obtained, and except for An Seong-il's stake in the actual work, the overseas writers' shares are owned by the publisher, The Givers.
They added, "We hope that you will cease your continued actions of spreading false claims and edited materials. This statement serves as The Givers' final warning, and we will provide further explanations after faithfully proving the facts through the appropriate legal procedures."
Earlier, ATTRAKT claimed that The Givers deleted project-related materials and secretly purchased the copyright of 'CUPID'. They filed a lawsuit against An Seong-il, the representative of The Givers, and three others, alleging these actions.
