South Korea's famous influencer Song Zia (also known as Freezia), who weighs 41kg(approximately 90 pounds) opened up about her vegan meal plan to boost immunity and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

On December 3rd, Freezia posted a video on her YouTube channel, explaining that as the weather gets colder, it's essential to focus on immunity and vitamin intake. In the video, she showcased a delicious and nutritious plant-based meal featuring avocado salad, pumpkin soup, arancini, and hibiscus tea.
Avocado is a key ingredient in Freezia's diet. Packed with healthy fats, protein, vitamins, minerals, and fiber, it's a powerhouse food. For a quick and satisfying meal, she recommends topping whole grain sourdough bread with avocado slices, adding a pinch of salt and pepper, and garnishing with basil or arugula, plus a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil. Avocado also makes an excellent smoothie when blended with spinach, lemon, salt, and almond milk.
