Garosero Research Institute’s Allegations on the 12th
The YouTube channel Garosero Research Institute (Garo Sero Yeonguso, aka Gaseyeon) has once again released a video related to the late actress Kim Sae-ron.

On the 12th, Gaseyeon shared several photos, claiming they were obtained from Kim Sae-ron’s family. The channel continued to assert that Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron were in a romantic relationship while she was still a minor—an allegation that Kim Soo-hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist, has repeatedly denied.

During the broadcast, Gaseyeon presented images and letters allegedly sent by Kim Soo-hyun to Kim Sae-ron during his military service, along with photos of the two together. They also mentioned nicknames that Kim Soo-hyun reportedly created himself—referring to himself as "YouTuber Kim Paris" and calling Kim Sae-ron "Saeronero."

Kim Soo-hyun served in the military from October 23, 2017, to July 1, 2019, as a sergeant in the 1st Infantry Division. Kim Sae-ron, born on July 31, 2000, was 18 years old in 2017, while Kim Soo-hyun was 30.

Following Gaseyeon’s broadcast, an old Twitter post by Kim Sae-ron resurfaced on online communities like FM Korea. The post featured a photo of herself with the caption "Saeronero."

Additionally, Gaseyeon released a phone conversation with a woman identified as Kim Sae-ron’s aunt, referred to as “A.” During the call, A expressed anger over Gold Medalist’s reported demand for Kim Sae-ron to repay approximately 700 million KRW and their denial of any relationship between her and Kim Soo-hyun.
When Gaseyeon asked, "Some people question whether there’s actual proof that Kim Soo-hyun dated Kim Sae-ron while she was a minor," A responded with frustration, saying, "Even after all this evidence, people still say that? I’m furious. There’s so much proof. Should I just expose everything? Sae-ron wanted to continue working in this industry, but if they have any conscience, they shouldn’t be publishing such articles. She truly wanted to see her projects through, and yet they completely shut her down."

A further stated, "Shouldn’t they at least acknowledge the truth and apologize? If you care about yourself, you should also respect others."
When Gaseyeon asked why Kim Sae-ron’s family hadn’t intervened if she was a minor at the time, A replied, "We didn’t know at first. Celebrities meet and stay in touch through their projects, so we weren’t aware. But then she started receiving photos from him during his military service, and that’s when she told us about their relationship. Once we found out, we strongly opposed it."
She continued, "I heard Sae-ron even told him, ‘Don’t play around with a kid.’ But guess what he said? ‘I genuinely care about you.’ He said that to a young girl. Later, there was even talk of marriage—when Sae-ron was in her early 20s."
As for why she reached out to Gaseyeon, A explained, "We have no power. We have no choice but to rely on those willing to listen."

Kim Sae-ron passed away on February 16, reportedly by suicide. That day also happened to be Kim Soo-hyun’s birthday.
Kim Soo-hyun’s side has labeled Gaseyeon’s claims from their broadcasts on the 10th and 11th as "false allegations." No official response has been released regarding the latest claims from the 12th.
