K-Pop Idols Turn Coldplay's Concert into Epic Collaboration!
Coldplay’s connection with K-pop continues to make waves. Following a dazzling opening by TWICE and a surprise appearance by BTS’s Jin on 19th, BLACKPINK’s Rosé became the latest special guest to join the British rock legends on stage.

On April 22, Coldplay held their fourth show at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, as part of their second visit to Korea with the tour titled 'LIVE NATION PRESENTS COLDPLAY: MUSIC OF THE SPHERES'.
The night was full of surprises. Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin amused the crowd by playing the piano and singing the iconic Korean meme line, "Yuh-ruh-bun, I missed you so much," in korean made famous by BIGBANG’s Taeyang. It turns out that TWICE’s Jihyo had taught him the line. She later shared through the fan platform Bubble, “I told Chris, ‘You should say, ‘I missed you so much~’—Korean fans will love it!!! He actually said it today, I’m so happy LOL.”
Later in the show, the crowd was stunned when Rosé made a surprise appearance. She performed the hit song 'Apt.', with Chris Martin flawlessly covering Bruno Mars’s part from the original version, impressing everyone. As they sang together, shouting “Apt! Apt!” the energy hit its peak. When Rosé was about to say goodbye, Martin stopped her, exclaiming, “That was so fun! Let’s do it again.” So, the song was performed twice, echoing through Goyang like a celebration.

Many celebrities were spotted in the audience, too. G-Dragon, CODE KUNST, and actor Jung Hae-in, all known for their past appearances on 'Good Day', were in attendance. G-dragon even shared a group selfie on his Instagram Story, captioned, “My cutie friends,” showing off their close friendship.

Adding to the fun, Taeyang posted a video of the show with the caption, “Hey Coldplay… I missed you too,” playfully referencing his own viral meme, which Martin had sung on stage.

Meanwhile, Coldplay’s 2025 Korean tour spans six shows: April 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 24, and 25. With every show turning into a legendary event, fans are buzzing with excitement about who the next surprise guest might be.
