Indomie's Flavor Adventure in Seoul!
To celebrate Indonesian flavor, Indofood is hosting an Indomie Mi Goreng pop-up store near Exit 3 of Seongsu Station in Seoul from May 1 to May 13.

Open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM, the pop-up offers a tasting corner right at the entrance — but the real experience begins once you step inside. Visitors receive a leaflet filled with interactive missions, including a ramen claw game, OX quiz, and a mini cooking challenge, all designed to engage fans of the brand.

On the first floor, there's a dedicated photo zone featuring NewJeans, the brand’s ambassadors, where fans can take pictures. Participants can try their luck at the claw machine game for a chance to win ramen, and shoppers who purchase Indomie products will receive exclusive NewJeans photo cards as a gift. In the MD zone, customers can also get limited-edition May merchandise and postcard sets with their purchases.
Head up to the second floor to enter the OX quiz zone — answer correctly, and you’ll unlock bonus toppings in the later cooking mission. Before leaving, visitors can collect their purchased ramen and goodies, and test their skills in a fun game where they use giant chopsticks to grab as much ramen as possible to take home.
Originally launched in Indonesia 53 years ago, Indomie is now sold in over 100 countries worldwide and is considered the pioneer of Indonesian instant noodles. Produced by Indofood, Indomie was recently named the “World’s Most Chosen Halal Instant Noodle Brand” in Kantar’s 2024 Brand Footprint report, and ranked No. 3 in the world’s most chosen food brands for the 8th consecutive year.
An Indofood representative explained, “Indomie offers a wide variety of flavors — from classic soup noodles to our signature fried version, Indomie Mi Goreng. Each pack includes three types of seasoning: dry powder, sweet soy sauce, and a distinctive seasoned oil.”
They added, “While many Koreans enjoy bold, spicy noodles, Mi Goreng offers a milder yet slightly spicy flavor, with no broth — it’s stir-fried, and that’s what makes it unique. At the pop-up store, you can experience the true taste and charm of Indomie Mi Goreng.”
Currently in Korea, the following varieties are available: Mi Goreng Original, Hot & Spicy, Extra Spicy, and Mi Goreng Cup Noodles. You can find them at CU, GS25, Lotte Mart, and Homeplus locations nationwide.
