According to the police, Ken is accused of punching YouTuber Lee Jun-hee (active under the name Gu Je Yeok) once in the face during a confrontation while they were leaving Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu on March 20th.

Ken also faces charges of hitting Lee Jun-hee's mobile phone out of his hand and verbally insulting him in a public place (property damage and defamation).

After Ken was prosecuted for the unauthorized entry to Ukraine, YouTuber Lee Jun-hee followed him after his first trial and continued to ask questions such as, "Aren't you sorry to your creditors as you've been a defaulter for six years?" However, he ended up being assaulted.

After the incident, Lee Jun-hee reported the assault to the emergency line (112) at the scene and filed a complaint against Ken for property damage and defamation.
