YENA's agency stated, “We are working on modifying the music video”
YENA's agency, Yue Hua Entertainment, has stated that the decision to make the 'Hate Rodrigo' music video private is not due to Olivia Rodrigo's request.

On the 30th, the agency released an official statement saying, "We discovered that the music video had the potential to infringe upon trademark rights, portrait rights, and copyrights in certain scenes. Therefore, on the 29th, we took the private measures, and we are currently working on modifying the video. We apologize for causing confusion by not providing prior notice after realizing the issue belatedly. We will upload the music video as soon as the editing is completed."
They further clarified, "The claim that the music video was made private due to Olivia Rodrigo's request is not true. We have not received any such request from her. We hope that there are no misunderstandings among the artists and fans based on unconfirmed reports, and we also urge everyone to refrain from spreading speculative information."

Earlier, on the 29th, the music video for YENA's song 'Hate Rodrigo' was unexpectedly made private.
Recently, a media outlet reported that the 'Hate Rodrigo' music video was made private at Olivia Rodrigo's request, citing concerns over the song's title controversy. However, the agency corrected the report, stating that they did not receive any request from Olivia Rodrigo.
'Hate Rodrigo' is a song where YENA expresses her admiration for Rodrigo, the object of her envy, in a cute and jealous manner, with lyrics like "I hate everyone who's better than me!" In other words, it portrays YENA's playful jealousy towards Rodrigo, whom she admires.
