Pledis has posted an notice regarding SEVENTEEN's SEUNGKWAN's schedule
Seungkwan is planning to take a temporary break due to his poor health condition
SEVENTEEN member SEUNGKWAN will be taking a temporary break.


SEVENTEEN's agency, Pledis Entertainment, informed fans about SEUNGKWAN's future activities through Weverse on the 3rd.
Pledis stated, "SEUNGKWAN recently visited the hospital due to feeling unwell, and the medical staff advised him to take the necessary time to rest and recover. The artist himself is determined to continue his activities; however, the company believes it would be better for him to focus on improving his health for the time being, as recommended by the medical staff."
Furthermore, they mentioned, "Consequently, SEUNGKWAN, unfortunately, will not be able to take part in upcoming events such as the Tencent Music Entertainment Award (TMEA) 2023, fan-signing event in China, and SEVENTEEN TOUR ‘FOLLOW’ TO SEOUL, among others. We would like to apologize to our fans and ask for your generous understanding."
They added, "We will do our very best to support SEUNGKWAN so that he can meet his fans as his healthiest self again."

Previously, SEUNGKWAN temporarily halted his activities due to health issues after receiving news about his close friend Moonbin in April. SEUNGKWAN will be taking another break in order to spend more time with fans.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN will hold the 'SEVENTEEN TOUR ‘FOLLOW’ TO SEOUL' at the Gocheok Sky Dome on the 21st and 22nd.
