ATTRAKT has recently filed trademark applications in key K-pop consuming countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, China, and Japan. It is reported that the applications have already been assigned registration numbers and are proceeding towards official registration.

As a result, FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Aran, Sio, and Keena may find it challenging to use the group name "FIFTY FIFTY" in those countries without ATTRAKT's approval, even if their exclusive contracts with ATTRAKT are terminated.

Previously, FIFTY FIFTY members filed for an injunction to suspend the effect of their exclusive contracts with ATTRAKT on June 19, alleging non-transparent settlements and failure to fulfill contractual obligations. At the same time, they also applied for a trademark registration of their Korean group name(피프티 피프티).

ATTRAKT responded by denying any contractual breaches and accused Ahn Sung-il, the producer, and certain employees of The Givers of being the forces behind the members' violation of their exclusive contracts. ATTRAKT pressed charges against them for obstruction of business, destruction of electronic records, embezzlement in business, and other charges. Ahn Sung-il denies these allegations.
