She Was Rumored to Date Jo In-sung, Rain, and Choi Jin-hyuk—Here’s What She Says (+Video)

Park Kyung-lim, the creative director of the show musical Again, Dream High, humorously addressed her past dating rumors with stars including Choi Jin-hyuk, Jo In-sung, Park Soo-hong, Rain (Bi), Kim Dong-wan, and Cha Tae-hyun.

On the March 29 episode of JTBC’s Knowing Bros, Park Kyung-lim and Choi Jin-hyuk appeared alongside guests Chuu and Jeong Dong-won to showcase their 20-year-long friendship.

During the show, Choi Jin-hyuk recalled his early days in Seoul, when he had no place to stay and Park Kyung-lim kindly let him live in her father’s officetel rent-free—a story that once again warmed viewers' hearts.

Kang Ho-dong jokingly brought up an old rumor, saying, “There was a dating scandal between Kyung-lim and Jin-hyuk,” raising curiosity about their relationship. Park Kyung-lim laughed it off, replying, “You know about a dating rumor that even we didn’t know about?”

She then added with a laugh, “I’ve had a lot of dating rumors—some pretty big names: Jo In-sung, Park Soo-hong, Rain, Kim Dong-wan, Cha Tae-hyun… there were a lot,” and jokingly told Choi Jin-hyuk, “You should feel honored.” Choi responded playfully, “This feels made-up,” drawing more laughs.

As the creative director and playing the role of the principal in Again, Dream High, Park shared how she got involved in the musical. “Two years ago, I hosted the production press conference, and I felt a sense of connection. Later, I was invited to join the project—and here I am.”

When cast members jokingly asked her for role recommendations, she assigned Lee Soo-geun the role of the wise teacher Kang Oh-hyuk, and gave Kang Ho-dong her own role—the school principal—describing it as a “scheming character plotting to shut the school down,” prompting laughter. When Kim Young-chul showed interest in being cast as well, Park wittily suggested, “Young-chul... maybe just come watch?”

Again, Dream High is a show musical that continues the story of students who once dreamed of becoming K-pop stars at Kirin Arts High School. Now, years after graduation, they return to the school as new stories unfold.

The cast includes Park Kyung-lim, along with a star-studded lineup of current and former idols such as Se7en, Kim Dong-jun, Youngjae, JinJin, Chu Yeon-seong, Jang Dong-woo, Kang Seung-sik, Yoon Seobin, U-Kwon, Lim Se-jun, Kim Dong-hyun, Sunye, and Luna.
