When K-Pop Stars' Friendship Goes Viral!
On April 7, actor Lee Soo-hyuk shared a hilarious private DM exchange with G-Dragon via his Instagram Story, showing off their close friendship in the most chaotic and charming way.

In the DMs, G-Dragon had sent Lee a video reel which turned out to be a clip from a 2022 YouTube video titled INDIVIDUAL FILM | WITH Lee Soo-hyuk: Unlock – What’s on Lee Soo-hyuk’s Phone from YG STAGE.

In the clip, Lee jokingly listed off all the streaming platforms he uses and said "Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, TVING, Wavve—twice—Watcha, Coupang Play… All my favorite artists are making comebacks these days. I’m going crazy trying to watch everything. Watching stuff is basically my only hobby and talent."
G-Dragon, seemingly unaware that the clip was two years old, mistook it for something recent—especially latching onto the part where Lee mentioned favorite artists making comebacks, assuming it was about him.

Lee clarified with a laugh, "That video’s super old. I think it was from when I was filming the drama Tomorrow... Wait— Crazy X, did you send me that video thinking I was talking about you?"
G-Dragon playfully replied, "Then who are you talking about when you say favorite artists are making comebacks? If not me, then who else? You better pick a side."
To top it off, Lee posted a screenshot of their conversation with the caption, "Is he okay?? I thought he was finally back to normal… Guess I should start worrying about myself."
Fans couldn’t get enough of their offbeat chemistry, flooding the comments with "Certified besties", "This is too funny", and "Protect this friendship at all costs!"
Lee Soo-hyuk and G-Dragon have been known as close friends since their school days. The duo currently appears together on the show Good Day as part of the playful unit 88z, showing off their real-life bromance on-screen.
