HyunA Gushes Over Husband Yong Jun-hyung and Talks About Marriage, Music and More
HyunA opens up about married life with Yong Jun-hyung on Lee Yong-jin's YouTube show Yongtaro. In this candid and light-hearted episode, HyunA sits down with comedian Lee Yong-jin for a tarot card reading session. The video blends fortune-telling fun with surprisingly heartfelt conversation, especially about her married life with Yong Jun-hyung.

HyunA is glowing with love—and she’s not afraid to show it.
The K-pop icon recently appeared on comedian Lee Yong-jin’s popular YouTube show Yongtaro, where she opened up about her life after marrying singer-producer Yong Jun-hyung. The episode, released on May 14, gave fans a rare glimpse into her married life—and it’s as sweet as you’d expect.
"He’s My Gwansik Oppa"
When asked what kind of husband Yong Jun-hyung is, HyunA didn’t hesitate to reference the hit drama When Life Gives You Tangerines. “I’ve been watching it lately and wondering why I didn’t start sooner!” she laughed.
Host Lee Yong-jin teased, “So is your husband like Mr. Hak?”
HyunA responded with a smile, “No, he’s more like Gwansik (played by Park Bo-gum)—thoughtful and always taking care of me.”

Marriage Brought Her Peace
One of the biggest changes after tying the knot? Peace of mind.
“Since getting married, I’ve felt so much more stable,” HyunA shared. “I used to struggle with insomnia, but now I sleep well—just knowing that he’s in the same space with me gives me comfort.”
When asked if they ever fight, HyunA quickly replied, “No, we’ve never fought. And we shouldn’t! If we do, he always ‘wins’—not because he tries to, but because he naturally shows the better way. He never tries to lecture me.”
The Joy of Simple Things
Married life has brought HyunA happiness in the little things, too.
“For the first time, I got to request a family registry copy,” she said, laughing. “I go out in pajamas to grab a can of beer—things like that are so fun.”
She added, “A lot of celebrities live in our neighborhood. They’ll see me and say, ‘HyunA, you’ve totally turned into an ajumma (auntie)!’”
Sharing the Love on Instagram
That same day, HyunA posted several solo shots of Yong Jun-hyung on Instagram, including one that caught fans’ attention—him lying on the bed, gazing straight into the camera. It was a cozy, intimate moment that had fans swooning.
HyunA and Yong Jun-hyung tied the knot in October 2024. Most recently, she released her new single 'Mrs. Nail' on April 30, continuing to balance her evolving personal life with her ever-evolving artistry.
